At My Bookish Shop, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every order. 

Since we work with Printful to fulfill our products, all items are custom-made on demand. Please review our refund and return policy below to understand how we handle potential issues with your order.

1. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide photos of the damage or defect to help us verify the issue. Once we confirm the problem, we will offer you either a replacement or a full refund.

We will work with Printful, our fulfillment partner, to ensure the issue is resolved. Refunds or replacements for defective or damaged products will be handled in accordance with Printful’s refund policy.

2. Custom and Print-on-Demand Products

As our products are custom-made for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged. Please double-check your order details, including size and design, before confirming your purchase.

Important: Certain products, such as face masks, cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

3. Order Cancellations

Once your order has been placed and sent to Printful for fulfillment, it cannot be canceled or modified. Because all products are custom-made, cancellations are not accepted after the order is confirmed. Please ensure you review your order carefully before proceeding.

4. Non-Defective Products

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for non-defective products. If you have simply changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or are dissatisfied for any other reason that is not related to a defect or damage, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

5. Return Shipping Costs

If your product is defective or damaged, Printful will cover the cost of return shipping. However, if a product is returned for any other reason, you are responsible for covering the return shipping fees.

Please note that if a returned product is sent to an incorrect address or any address other than Printful’s facility, you will be liable for any additional costs.

6. Refund Process

Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 10-14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

7. Lost or Misdelivered Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement for you.

We may ask you to confirm that the shipping address provided was correct and request that you check with the shipping carrier to locate the lost package.

Important: If tracking shows that the package was delivered, but you believe it wasn’t received, we cannot take responsibility for the lost item. In such cases, replacements will be at your expense.
